Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


How Returns Work

To request a return, simply contact us at artech.strore@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, our team will schedule a pickup from your location at a convenient time.

You can then choose to:

  • Get a replacement, or

  • Receive a full refund back to your original payment method.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange for pickup and replacement or refund based on your preference.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before initiating the return.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, simply contact us. We’ll pick up the original item and deliver the replacement once it's confirmed.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. The item must be returned in its original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
